Mindy Caterina graduated from Queen’s Law in 2011 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2012. She articled for the federal Department of Justice where she began her legal career as a tax litigator, regularly appearing in the Tax Court of Canada.

In 2013, Mindy joined a boutique firm to pursue her interest in criminal, regulatory, and professional discipline matters. The unique opportunity allowed her to practice simultaneously as a federal Crown and private defence counsel. She has run trials in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal.

As a federal prosecutor, Mindy focused on regulatory, tax, and drug offences. Her strong understanding of how federal investigations and prosecutions work is an asset to clients facing federal charges.

Mindy joined Lockyer Campbell Posner in 2018. She draws from her distinctly varied background to assess legal issues from varying perspectives in order to find the most effective solution for her clients. Mindy looks forward to applying her skills to appeals, regulatory offences, drug charges, and professional discipline matters.
